San Ardo, California – Safety Management Group Associate Todd Zalkan has reported that his client, Phillips Services Corporation (PSC) has been recognized by one of their major clients two prestigious safety awards.
PSC received the two awards for completing three years of services for Chevron with neither a work-related injury/illness nor a significant property loss incident or a lost time injury.
PSC approached Safety Management Group earlier this month to request a short-term safety professional to serve as an interim safety director for their San Ardo, California operations as they continue a nationwide hunt for a full-time replacement. Todd Zalkan joined Safety Management Group to assist PSC, utilizing his knowledge of the firm, the refinery business, and his experience with California OSHA.
PSC employs thousands of employees nationwide and provides a wide range of services that include hydroblasting, industrial vacuum services, hazardous waste removal and cleanup, as well as specialty services unique to industrial chemical and petroleum environments.
