Indianapolis – Scott Montgomery has become the most recent Safety Management Group Associate to earn his Associate Safety Professional (ASP) designation, an important step in earning the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation.
Scott completed the written exam portion and was pleased to announcement the certification last week.
Scott has obtained his B.S. in Safety Management from Indiana State University, possesses an OSHA Outreach Trainer (OSHA 500) accreditation, and is a certified JLG Boom-Lift/Scissor Lift/Telehandler Trainer.
Prior to joining Safety Management Group, Scott spent the five years at the Marathon Refinery in Robinson, Illinois assisting several contractors with company orientations, jobsite observations, incident investigations, training, and documentation control.
