Golf Outing for the Riley Hospital for Children Raises $10,000 1

Safety Management Group's sponsored charity golf outing for the Riley Hospital for Children occurred October 9, 2004.

Ninety-six golfers participated in the event coordinated by Safety Management Group's Healthcare Services Group and the Riley Children's Foundation. The outing occurred at the West Chase Golf Club in Brownsburg, Indiana.

An estimated $10,000 was collected at the event to benefit the Riley Hospital for Children.

The foursome representing Bowen Engineering placed first in the 18 hole tournament. Team members included Jim Brown, Dan Miller, John Dettman, and Chad Bockman.

The Clawson Communications Team consisting of Jim Harris, Dan Webster, Bob Demoss, and Mike Natterstad finished second in the tournament.

Kenny Strakis and Mandy Hofer posted the longest drives on the 10th hole. Andrew Lough and Laurel Parrott posted the long drives on the 16th hole.

Robb Fast won the 'closest to the pin' contest on the 5th hole. Andy Lane won the same event on the 14th hole.
