SMG's Health Services Group is comprised of Todd Clayton and Ryan Graft.
The group provides services to Indianapolis' largest healthcare provider under two contracts that include the PeopleMover Project and a combination of ILSM (Interim Life Safety Measures) and contractor safety.
Todd and Ryan utilize contractor prequalification, pre-bid and pre-contract safety meetings, safety orientations for contractors, incident reviews, and site audits to lower costs associated with workplace injuries and illnesses.
The performance of ILSMs are an important function that ensures continuity in patient care during construction and maintenance activities.
Through their ILSM efforts, Todd and Ryan have helped the healthcare provider maintain the certifications it needs to remain in operation.
Currently, SMG is preparing to staff upcoming new construction projects in Indianapolis being undertaken by the healthcare provider.
