Safety Management Group Aligns with Developer

 Lake Tahoe, California -- Safety Management Group has solidified a contract agreement with East West Partners to provide safety services to a series of OCIP Projects based in the Lake Tahoe, California area (website).
Fern Elufson and Jim Walter have been providing services to the project and have joined Safety Management Group to continue to deliver OCIP services to the project. Fern is a longtime resident of the area and has performed OCIP Administrative services for the project for the last five months. Jim Walter relocated from Colorado Springs as a Vice President of GE Johnson to establish the OCIP program for contractors.
The four resort projects consist of a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, numerous ski resorts, fine dining establishment, luxury condominiums, retail shopping boutiques, mountain lodges, public trails, and assorted spa facilities.
East West Partners is a family of related but independent companies devoted to building, selling, managing, and supporting high-quality real estate in the communities in which they operate. McGriff, Seibels & Williams is providing the OCIP insurance package for the projects being developed by East West Partners.
