Indianapolis – Eighteen current Safety Management Group Associates were recognized at the company’s annual holiday event on December 5, 2008, for their exemplary customer service skills.
Associates are recognized throughout the year for service to clients “above and beyond” through a customer service triumph recognition program. Examples of the successes recognized include delivery of safety services or adjustments made on very short notice or helped performed to assist clients with immediate needs. Some are recognized for taking extra time to make sure client’s needs are surpassed.

Safety Management Group began issuing Customer Service Triumph awards in 2003 to recognize associates who exceeded the expectations of their clients. Subsequently, associates have been recognized no less than 263 times for their successes in delivering strong customer service to clients.
