Safety Management Group Performs High Profile Incident Investigation

 Dallas, Texas -- A fatality incident occurring in downtown Dallas last month has resulted in a firm utilizing Safety Management Group for the incident investigation.
Two contractor employees were killed when they were struck by debris that fell from the 19th floor of the Mercantile Building. Safety Management Group was contacted by a firm performing work at the site, prompting Tim Coomes to travel to Dallas on Tuesday to undertake an investigation into the tragedy.
The tragic incident received national television coverage on several news networks on Monday including CNN and Fox News.
