Safety Management Group's Charity Golf Benefit Set for May 17

3/7/2007
Danville, Indiana -- Safety Management Group would like to invite you to participate in our Fifth Annual Charity Golf Benefit for the Riley Hospital for Children. Over the past four years because of your support the event has been a great success, raising $45,000.00 to benefit the children at Riley. We ask again for your support and participation in making this year's event an even greater success.

The Fifth Annual Safety Management Group Charity Golf Benefit will occur May 17, 2007, at the Twin Bridges Golf Club in Danville, Indiana. The Florida Scramble tournament will start with registration and lunch at 11:00 a.m. and a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 5:00 p.m.

The outing will follow a best ball scramble format. Each par three offers an opportunity for every golfer to win a prize for making a hole in one. Our hole in one prizes range from roundtrip airline tickets to a $20,000 cash prize. Following play there will be a buffet dinner and awards presentation. Please see the reverse side of this

Foursomes may register for $650. Sponsorships are also available. Gold Sponsors ($700) receive a hole sponsor and foursome registration.

A dinner and awards ceremony graciously sponsored by Waste Management will immediately follow the round. Proceeds of the event will benefit the Riley Hospital for Children. Last year's event was a great success and resulted in an $12,000 donation to the Hospital.

As Indiana's first and only comprehensive hospital dedicated exclusively to the care of children, Riley Hospital for Children has provided compassionate care, support and comfort to children and their families for more than 80 years. Each year Riley serves more than 230,000 inpatients and outpatients from across Indiana, the nation and the world. Riley Hospital's strong affiliation with the Indiana University School of Medicine makes it the only comprehensive clinical resource for Indiana's children and the premiere source for health related information for their parents. All proceeds raised from this event will be contributed to the Riley Phase V Building Fund.

The registration deadline for this event is May 2, 2007. Click here for a registration form.
